The location seemed great and stunning in the center.

Never had a better trip before, everything was good. Every member of staff was welcoming. The whole room was fairly quiet and exceptional with free water, good facilities, as for instance.

King studio is functional, has a nice bathroom. Particularly good location for visiting Skiathos Town, it's near Babis from airpirt and to port an added and most welcome bonus and taverns.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant providing the information. The location was incredible, not too far from Papadiamantis' House.

Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Skiathos Port.

The location was awesome, within walking distance of Papadiamantis' House. Plus, it was near to shops, restaurants and bus stop for beach buses, the beautiful island of Skiathos and the beaches.

The bathroom was quite small.

The room was extremely spacious and gorgeous when upgraded with all facilities, a beautiful view and free water.

The location was fantastic for exploring this local area, just off the harbour where there are lots if restaurants. The rooms were brand-new and good-sized with fantastic views, a balcony plus an amazing view, just what was needed.

Sea view, cleanliness, well-equipped room, free airport transport.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Babis pick us up & dropped us off at the airport & ferry terminal. Both Babis & his wife, Yiota, were very friendly & welcoming. They gave us directions to restaurants & sites of interest. We enjoyed our complimentary wine on the roof top terrace overlooking the beautiful harbour. Bottled water was provided free in our room mini frig. Our room was very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Stay here and enjoy your Skiathos Town trip. Fairly clean and picturesque place, has exceptional views of town. The units are brilliant, spotless. The hotel is situated in the central location in the center of the town. They serve amazing food, have a wide range of options to choose from:)))

I had such a great time staying at this hotel! The value for money was amazing - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. The room itself was really comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a fabulous view of the harbor from the balcony. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, close to the ports, markets, cafes, and restaurants. But what really made my stay special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They picked me up from the airport and even dropped me off at the ferry dock for free. Truly outstanding service!

The breakfast option could have been better.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. Babis, the owner, and his staff were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean and had a stunning ocean view with a small balcony where we could sit and enjoy the scenery. One of the highlights of the hotel was the rooftop terrace, which offered free access to everyone and provided a great view of the port. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the main shopping road and easily accessible by car with a convenient free public parking nearby. The hotel was beautifully decorated with attention to every detail, creating a wonderful atmosphere. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Babis and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Skiathos.
